How about no stars today!! We have been using this business for years and it has progressively gone down hill. We were later than usual getting our tax info in for personal reasons. So when we took the paperwork in on Friday we were told they would try to get it done by today (Tuesday, tax day). I called yesterday with a number we knew they would need and left my phone # if there were any problems or questions so they would call me. No calls, no messages. No "We should file an extension." No "Looks like you owe." NOTHING. I got home from working today and called the office. No answer, just a machine. No one called us. One of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. There is no excuse for not calling. EVER. So now our taxes are late for the first time (I think) or not...we don't know. Important to us and I would think it should be important if it were your business.?
