I usually do my taxes here and get great service. This tax year I made the mistake of waiting till, literally, the last minute. Needless to say, the place is packed. The employees are working hard and trying their best to get to everyone in a timely manner. But....there's a young lady that has been having a personal conversation with some clients for longer than necessary. They have a sign-in sheet and they're going down the list. These clients just came in, the man started to ask her questions about an extension and suddenly she's doing their taxes! Is that what we need to do? Start asking questions and they'll ignore the list? Meanwhile there are people that have been waiting patiently for HOURS!!! Wow! Thanks Joanna for the extra one hour to do their $240 "extension"

Horrible!!! I had my taxes done by Stan Santiago a few months ago and he screwed up because he didn't send some info to the irs, so I called them but they say that Stan Santiago is busy so I left my number but never got a call back! Then the next day I asked for Stan Santiago again but he wasn't in! Then I tried talking to the "SECRETARY" about the problem but she ended up giving me attitude and hung up on me!!! She should learn how to talk to customers since her customer service skills suck or She should be replaced with someone who does values their job asap!!! Long story short I got my taxes almost 3 months later cuz of their stupid mistake! DON'T TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM cuz you sure will be wasting your time & your money!

Expect to be on the phone waiting for them to answer for a while.. I called to get some information and i was left in hold for at least 10 minutes, I had to call from my other line and they did answer me and did not even say sorry!!
