I invested with Nick Davison in Real Estate fix and flip projects in the past 6 years since 2018, using my self-directed IRA fund. Nick is the President of Sterling Investment Group, he has an amazingly efficient team, the projects I invested with Nick typically closed ahead of estimated schedule, with ~15% or higher annualized returns.
I am extremely satisfied with Nick and his team, I trust his team find very good fix/flip deals, take decisive actions, complete projects timely, return investor money typically exceeding the initially estimated rate of returns.
I have introduced a group of my friends to Nick's projects, they also invested in Nick's projects and got satisfying returns.
In addition, Nick is always available for answering investor questions, he is very responsive, honest, respectful and trust worthy.

I only write reviews when I'm really impressed. I was introduced to Sterling Investment Group by a contractor and I was initially intrigued to hear of the many investment properties they have acquired in San Diego. With real estate as saturated as it is, it is remarkable to see how many residential buildings they have acquired. As a designer, I am impressed by the caliber of the remodels - they are beautifully done with attention to all the details.
