Our family have regularly dealt with both Kelly and Hailey at the front desks, and every time they've gone out of their way to make sure our family got the best possible insurance coverage options, in addition to educating us on how to better navigate the system and how to understand which plans are the most beneficial to us. They've also followed up when adjustments or changes needed to be made, and have been willing to answer any simple, silly questions I might have had for them.

Our family now actively seek out Kelly and Hailey when handling insurance, and I expect we're not the first to feel this way.

I would like to thank Sakshi at the Campbell River Merecroft Branch for her outstanding work for us on a boat trailer policy. The transaction was made difficult by errors made at the Border by Canada Border Services. Sakshi went out of her way to solve our registration, licensing, and insurance problems, with patience, persistence, and pleasantness. She recognized the issues immediately and set out to contact the necessary parties to get the job done. In our opinion, if you are bringing a vehicle or trailer into the Province, Sakshi will do her utmost to get it done for you. A great agent to deal with!
