Copper Genius

I have been using this company for over 8 years. They used to have good customer service. They are very poor at responding to emails and phone calls now. Even after bringing it to their attention, they let my coverage lapse and still have not gotten back to me in over 3 weeks. They did something similar to me when it was time to renew my bond 6 months ago. I would not recommend them or rely on them if you need something done in a timely matter.

Upon opening my business 2008, i had gone with whatever i found online with what i thought was the best deal. a year and change later, i needed my insurance to cover a specific need. well, it didnt. and that wasnt it. it didnt cover a damn thing. NO MORE ONLINE. i need hands on person to person. thats when i met Kari at CSIS Insurance (guess who was lucky on that one). after crying and crying and more crying, she FINALLY told me to send her what i needed for coverage by the clients (UCLA) and the previous insurance binder.

she confirmed it. although it was a cheap insurance policy, it had bare minimum coverage and a LOT of exclusions.

she went through it and told me to go back to the broker (ROCK 10 Insurance) to make certain and to requote me on what i should have versus what i think i need.

no sales pitch. swear to God, she knew i was gonna get pummeled with a high rate and by "non-rated" companies. (Kari explained that, too).

i never looked back. kari gave me a quote, and we have been her client for almost 10 years.

now, on to the staff...

but first, a disclaimer

my opinion below is mine and mine alone and in no way does it mean anything of value to any person living, deceased, especially myself. any resemblance to the author of this review and myself is purely coincidental and unintentional.

the staff, adorable, when youre in a pinch, they make it all better. you need an endorsement, BAM!!! you got it. need to make a payment but dont carry around your policy with account number and telephone number to make the payment.. BADA BING!!!! they got you. especially, when you are late and about to get cancelled because you wait and wait and wait until another day... BADA BOOM!!! you have emails reminding you... like your very own nagging wife or whinig husband to remind you how you dont need them but really, you do, because with out them them, you would feel empty inside.

they complete me.
