Unfortunately this company is the epitome of the notion take from the poor to line the pockets of the mega-rich. After being a resident of multiple CGI+ properties, I can share first hand that the experience of living in these properties is far from what they advertise. For example, there are untreated infestations. The management does not speak to tenants with respect. In fact, their legal team, namely Craig, has a repeated history of screaming at tenants and calling them names for making simple requests such as to fumigate the termite infestation. More so, CGI+ representatives have conducted ILLEGAL lockouts of tenants, baring them from access to their personal possessions such as their prescribed medication. CGI+ representatives have said and I quote, "I know I can't legally lock you out but I don't care! Sue me then. I have enough money to fight you and tire you out in court." I am honestly shocked that a company like this can stay in business, but I guess when you're the top .0001%, following the law and treating people with respect doesn't apply to you.
