Staff was really nice and patient. Helped with our receipts request and made everything as we needed it to be ! Parking is very limited so need to be there as early as possible if you want to use their parking, customer parking fee is 1200yen from afternoon 15:00- next morning 11:00.
We had a twin room, room was nice and cozy but not so much space to lay out big luggages.

Stayed 1 night as part of a tour group. |Excellent location walking distance to the castle, tram outside direct to Dogen onsen area and lots of places to eat.||Fairly spacious room, quiet and good bathroom. Bed comfortable.||Didn't eat at the hotel restaurant.|Close to dropoff for the airport bus.

Very nice rooms with a great location. Super nice staff and helpful. Lots of dining nearby. Main shopping street across the street. Be sure to choose a newly renovated room. Beautiful. We'll get a larger one next time. Car travel is challenging. Need to unload in the parking garage around the corner left from entrance. No loading area in front. Parking was full. Very difficult to find the alternative lot. An English map would help as the Japanese map was very small. The other lot is next to the Don Quiote store but cheap 800¥ per day with hotel stamp. Try to arrive very early as parking is very limited.

Very small rooms, barebones bedding, and hot rooms (difficult to cool to acceptable temps), poor soundproofing. Staff was friendly and the location is surrounded by many restaurants and entertainment facilities.

There were bed bugs in my room. I woke up covered in bed bugs. I asked the hotel for a refund and they refused.
The location was nice.

Location was v near the Okaido tram station and near their shopping streets. was able to check in at early at 1pm but unfortunately was given a smoking room. room is the old traditional style with central heating. There was no free bottled water. toilet shower area is old type. TV is flat screen but older type, need to click the remote a few times for response. service by staff was good. tea and dhc amenities provided near the counter.

I did not care for this hotel. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and was unpleasant to spend time in. The soaps were of very poor quality. The shampoo was so over-moisturizing, I had to use soap to get it out.

The lobby was dated and shabby. The room was fine except it was stuffy. The hotel ventilation system cannot cope with the smoking on the smoking floors. The non smoking rooms are therefore stuffy. The staff allowed me to check out after one night.
