I must say that I was completely unsuspecting of the GREAT time that I had from the refreshingly polite and kind experience I enjoyed with the incredible work of Thomas, and the delightful Ms. Shea at your company, during what is usually a very humbling time for someone like me. It would be wonderful for me if you personally acknowledged both of them for me, because I have seldom, if ever had a more pleasant experience with them both! I’m not exaggerating when I say that the BOTH of them bent over backward and were exceptional at going the extra mile for me, when I thought my world was ending! If the two of them are representative of all the members of your work force, I am an extremely lucky man to have worked with them during a rough time. So I would personally like to thank you for for all they did on my behalf, and would love for you to praise the very diligent work of Thomas, and the fantastic time I had with the wrap-up work with Ms Shea, who put off all of her difficult customers to make me feel as though I was the only person with whom she’s had to work so hard, and help so very much! If the impressive work that was done by them both is any indication of the many others who work for organization, then you can be incredibly proud; and I consider myself to be very impressed and quite lucky to have called these most kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and generous co-workers, Thomas and Ms. Shea. I cannot thank you enough for a most lovely and pleasant experience! Many, many thanks and warm wishes for two of the best co-workers I have ever enjoyed! I have dealt with Meridian and now APFSC. They are the best of the best for customer care and talking to you.
They are genuine and real! I've not ever felt uncomfortable, talking to one representative over my years of my loan. No lies and truthful! That's really hard to find these days.
If you're looking to refinance one of your credit cards. Don't ever worry about dealing with them. I just got off the phone with James and he was fantastic.

APFSC provided very good service to me until my balance with Discover was paid in full. I had one issue, and Laura from APFSC contacted me the next day to get the problem resolved.
