I wouldn't even give one star. This is the worst loan company i have ever dealt with. They are rude and will patronize you when you fall on hard times. They will not work with you. They also give you a warranty with continental warranty that will screw you and put used parts on your car and then within months the same problem happens. When you finally tell them you want to surrender the car they tell you they are going to put it as a repossession and ruin your credit anyway. Definitely the worst company and employees I've ever dealt with.

If you are looking to finance your vehicle, do not use this bank. Take 2 days to call back, if you want to paid off your loan they give you a hard time and the employees are so unprofessional and rude.

Do not get in trouble with this bank.
There are better banks that can help.

I am normally very sufficient with the service on phone to pay my bills. But today, I had an agent in the phone who may have had a bad night sleep. Moaning when I asked her to speak a little slower and clearer in her microphone should not be a part of good customer service to an older customer who pays even her wages

I called in a $400.00 payment, authorized $400.00. Lentegrity processed $4,000.00!!!!!!!!! Supervisor Cynthia noted that yes, it is their error and said she was sorry for the inconvenience.

Meanwhile, my bank advised their fraud claim process can take 1-10 business days for resolution.

My bank account is negative more than $2,000.00. I have very little groceries, a 1/4 tank of gas, second apartment rent payment will be debited in 3 days and my husband's birthday is also in 3 days. I cannot even buy him a birthday card and cook a meal. Cheerios for birthday dinner it is.

Lentegrity has really disappointed me. I have been on hold today for more than two hours. I hang up and dialed again and yet again no had answer the call and on hold for more than two hours. This is unacceptable and unprofessional!!!! My matter is urgent and I can’t get a hold of no one!!!!!!!! NO CUSTOMER should have to hold on the phone for more then two hours and especially to not answer the call to get information on there account. I’m a very unhappy customer!!!!!!!!!!
