This our go to ups store! Just got some paperwork notarized and it was quick and easy. It’s a busy time of year but the entire staff was in a cheerful mood. Definitely a great thing to see around the holidays. I’ve always had great interactions with the owner and his team. Nicest crew in town!

I have always had a great experience Sean and the staff at the UPS store on Portola and Glenn Ranch! From complicated notary work to Amazon returns, they are awesome and so helpful.

I went in for an Amazon return today and things have gotten even better! They have set up a self-scan kiosk that prints your label and sends an email receipt confirming the drop-off instantly. So easy, and no more lines for a quick return.

Sean was extremely helpful in getting few government documents notarized. He was able to guide us through the process quickly and correctly. My wife and I came back another time with our baby and he was just so pleasant to work with. He and his staff are extremely patient especially with their customers. Today I saw 3 customers being rude to Sean because things were not going their way. Sean handled each person with respect, genuine care and patience. When you do not follow instructions and need to repackage your items in order to ship, don’t take your anger out on the wonderful staff at the Foothill Ranch UPS store. Today I went to drop off a box, and the store was a bit busy. Shawn who was at the front was extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. He was calmly multitasking and helped costumers use the drop off option correctly, when they wanted. Made the confusing experience easy and put a smile on our face.
