The billing department is absolutely abhorrent. when I call, they Leave me and hold for hours, then the call drops. I Drove to their office and they won't take payments. There is no public entrance, employees only. They sit inside and watch through the windows like cowards, as you look for a way in to pay your bill. Instead,they utilize an out of state billing company.. I called to use the automated system and after entering all the information it asked for, it transferred me right back to the very phone tree I just left. Again on hold for hours. Finally after weeks of trying, someone answered phone.. GET THIS.. They will not take payments over the phone either! Absolutely unbelievable. These people don't care! They make paying multiple bills unreasonably difficult, Even to their own detriment. It seems to me they would want to make paying bills and easy process.

So your options are, pay using the automated phone system, which requires you to enter all of your information for each and every bill. They will not combine them and allow customers to pay all bills at one time. Or you can navigate their web page, which has extended lag time or won't process The payment for any number of reasons. Your time is simply of no value to Adventist health. They do not care how long it takes you to pay your bill. This is time from your life that you can never, ever, recover. Life is like a bank account. You only get so much and then it's gone. Personally, I do not want to waste my time trying to pay my bill, when I could be spending it with my family or doing other things, which are important to ME. ADVENTIST HEALTH HAS NO RESPECT FOR ITS CUSTOMERS OR ITS COMMUNITY. They are horrible!

Billing didn't submit claim properly for insurance in Nov 21, now in Jan 24 they are still harassing me after I've told them a few times to fix it. I had to tell them to cease and desist contacting me, and I'm sure they are going to send me to collections.

Didn't like it. Only there for emergency. Misdiagnosed my daughter and son. Daughter was in for DKA. Told me to take her home and give her some insulin. Got her home and she asked why her hands were turning black? Rushed her to Children's and they immediately put her in ICU and wanted to know why Hanford didn't ambulance her to Children's. Son had an motorcycle accident that collapsed his lung. They said NO broken ribs but when he went to his orthopedic surgeon regarding his shoulder, the doctor looked at his xray and said he has 4 broken ribs clearly seen on an xray. I realize it's the only hospital in town but get out ASAP and go anywhere else.
