Way to slow. This is unacceptable an hour on drive through? Last time manager or whatever she is was sitting on her desk while there was a huge line instead of stepping up she took her break. Been waiting an hour for drive through because lobby was "closed" either step up or close hanford branch!

Samething again! There was 1 car in drive through now there are 6 and we are still waiting and wow atm is down? Omg this bank cant get any worst!!!!

Possibly the worst ran Bank. Other Bank of Sierra’s that I go to have friendly staff and quick transactions. Not sure why Hanford branch is so terrible the drive up is at least a 20-30 mins wait.

Horrible customer service in the Home loan departments in Hanford. Courtney Cuevas has below par communication skills. Has no care about her clients. She has more excuses than you could imagine for her lack of follow thru, expediting the transaction etc.

I’m not sure what is going on in the Hanford branch for the last several months but the service is horrible. I’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes everytime. It did not use to be this way, so you may want to figure out what the cause is?
