First, let me tell you this I am a person who do not go to the ER unless I have to. This day I had to go because I was in such pain. From the minute I step into the ER till the time I left, everyone treated me with respect and were concern with the issue that brought me to the ER. The RN, Remy and his head nurse were fantastic. The provider that saw me was knowledgeable and professional. She was really nice and very caring. Thank you to everyone that day.

Adventist Health Hanford was such a very professional and caring facility. I felt well taken care of and safe. The quality of care was excellent and all of the staff were so supportive and caring. Everyone was attentive and friendly and made my time during my procedure so quick and comfortable. I was very grateful to be in such a warm and professional environment. I am very happy with my day at the Adventist. All the staff were nice and patient. Everyone explained everything they were doing to me in a way I could understand ,feel safe and comfortable. This wasn't my first Rodeo! Everything time was awesome no complaints.

I was driving home to the Bay Area when I suddenly experienced excruciating pain. My husband found the closest ER. When we got there I was nervous because the waiting room was full. However, they were very efficient and I only waited less than 15 minutes. The staff listened to my symptoms and asked appropriate questions. They quickly explored the possible causes and within another 15 minutes had a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan! I was treated so quickly and kindly throughout my visit, as was my husband who accompanied me. Thank you so much!

Was seen in a reasonable amount of time. Doctor was great at his job. Covered all bases regarding my care. The nurse was a really nice person. He made things comfortable for me and was great at his job. Would highly recommend this hospital.

Extremely unprofessional over the phone. I'm new to the area and I was having severe abdominal pain. I called to see if Google maps displayed the right address and phone number. The woman who answered said "We don't give medical advice over the phone." So I asked again if I had the correct number for the hospital and she just got more frustrated and said the same thing. I'll wait for urgent care instead. Hopefully they'll be more courteous.

My experience was very poor not even worth one star. I went to Adventist Health ER because I am 33 weeks pregnant with nausea vomiting. My Dr sent me so I can get checked. Because my insurance is not contracted with your hospital I was treated very poorly. Two days later I went to Kaweah delta and got the proper treatment. I was dehydrated and having contractions. The way your staff lacked to treat me was illegal. I will be reporting this to proper department.
