I am so impressed with everyone at the Livermore branch. I have not been the best banking customer in the past and the ladies went above and beyond to help me get things right from the past so I could open my own checking and savings accounts and now I have received calls making sure everything is good. I like visiting this branch. I opened up checking and savings accounts here recently as an existing member. Such friendly service, as I've come to expect and really appreciate. I left the big banks long ago probably during the years starting in 2008-ish. The service simply can't be compared. No gigantic lines to contend with and unfamiliar faces due to high turnover.

I highly recommend PSCU to anyone wanting to have personalized service along with financial knowledge that comes by experience!
