I agree with the previous posters about wanting to give negative stars. I was a customer of one of their clients. The business in question caused thousands of dollars of damage to my vehicle, and didn't even perform their installation correctly. MUSIC denied the liability claim after 5 months of back and forth. They even were claiming that they were going to pay on the claim, only to change that at the last minute. Do not agree to have one of their adjusters come out to inspect. The adjusters are independent contractors and are not qualified.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!!! This is a scam company I have never experienced this with any insurance company. They do t answer the phone then when finally answered the claims lady got all the information from me from the police report and made me a claim number well after 3 weeks of waiting on a call I call back and surprise the claim is FAKE it’s not a real claim number and they want me to do it all over again we will be looking for an attorney these people are a joke!

Horrible company, will find anyway out of paying a claim. I operate a property management company and when I finally had a claim after 3 years of paying them for insurance, they said my coverage doesn’t apply to properties I manage or am in contract with for property management (the only reason I needed the insurance). Absolute dumpster fire trash customer service, and all around one of the worst insurance companies I have ever done business with. FYI, I put in a claim for $1,000 with a $500 deductible I had to pay, have paid them nearly 5k in 3 years. Never do business with this company.

Ican't give minus stars or they would get minus 5. After getting my rate and paying the down-payment, they didn't like what I said for gross revenue and upped my policy due by $400.00. I'm a new company and know exactly what I make. They have no idea. I canceled and have been after my refund for over a month. And have yet to hear back from them after I canceled. I have hired a lawyer at top dollar and will make sure they pay 10 times what they would have if they were honest and just payed.

Their coverage and service is horrible. In 2017 Hurricane Harvey put a huge limb through my roof causing a huge hole. Despite rain pouring through the hole, they considered it "wind driven rain" and would not cover interior damage. I had a hit and run driver run through my fence and building last year and the police later found the insured driver, but I never got my deductible I had to pay to start repairs back. The 2 claims were less than $15,000 paid out, but now I am being called high risk even though I have had no paid out claims this year and I am being cancelled!!! Even if it costs more for you to go elsewhere, it is worth every dollar!!! Look at their other reviews! I should have!

Fierce windstorm in February 2013 severely damaged the roof. When we made a claim for the roof repairs, this company gave us approx. $650 for damages that were in excess of $12,000!! This was predicated on their specious claim that the photo of the roof from Google Maps showed previous roof damage in the same areas. This company also claimed to have made a physical inspection of the property and the roof when the policy was first taken out. (And of course, this physical inspection revealed damages in the area that the windstorm damaged—how convenient.) Oddly enough, neither the property manager nor the general contractor was ever contacted about this physical inspection! None of the tenants were notified about this inspection. And lastly, the owners were never notified about this alleged inspection. When we asked for documentation of photos and reports to prove the condition of the property at the time of “the inspection,” we were stonewalled at every turn. This company NEVER provided us any proof that an inspection was ever done. Not a single person at this insurance company could answer my question: “Well, if this inspection showed areas of the roof that needed repairs, why were the owners not notified, so that we could take corrective action?” We were NEVER informed that an inspection took place, and we were NEVER given any follow up re the results of this inspection. We were NEVER told to take any corrective action.

This company is completely unethical. First, they refuse to return the refund until more than 90 days after the policy was cancelled. Secondly, they promised to mail a check repeatedly on August 15, 2013. It's now September 24, 2013. We have no refund, more than 15 weeks later!! And thirdly, when we call the company, they will not respond to our questions and complaints.

This company should return the full refund due us immediately, pay us penalties and late fees, and be penalized severely by the insurance commission. Also they should be professional enough to answer phone calls and provide enough evidences as to how they assess the damages.

My company relied on Mesa Underwriters specialty Insurance Company and they canceled our insurance policy as soon as we paid a down payment. Now my company is trying to get them to refund our money. We are desperately trying to get a reliable company to insure our company. Please do not do business with representatives from this company. I am currently in the process of writing to the insurance commissioner, and I suggest others should do the same.

I am a new startup company. I needed insurance. I was asked to estimate gross sales for my 2nd year in business which was during a pandemic. My sales didn't meet my estimate and I was sold on it being an "auditable premium." When I provided my sales for the audit, they said that I was not due a reimbursement even though it did not reach the coverage amount estimated! How do companies simply get away with deciding NOT to honor a policy?
