We have been doing taxes with Connelly Tax services and then we moved to Maze associates. Both places were excellent. Prompt response, professional service, quick response, attention to details.

When our Tax agent moved away we thought of trying new tax agent. Howard from Tri-Valley Tax & Financial Services.

It has been a NIGHTMARE!!!

Never picks up the phone, no replies, had to plead to file the extension since it was already close to 4/14/24. After that again the story continues, never picks up the phone, no replies, everytime new person at the reception. I am so surprised noone sued this guy. We lost our patience and had to talk to receptionist who gave us round and round and round answers until we said we are recording this conversation. Immediately phone got disconnected and we received the email with in 2 seconds that they can't service us. WHAT A RELEIF... We are out of contract and now we can find someone else.

Gotta say, staff has always been nice and helpful. This would have been my 3rd year but the office person was not at all helpful or friendly. I only had two questions, approximate price and would they have time to get them done by the 15th since last year they had family emergencies and were unable. "No way to know until after taxes are completed". Interesting answer. Anyway, was willing to give them another chance but since Adona was so friendly, I decided to choose another option. Again, Howard, the tax guy and his wife, as well as prior staff have always been very friendly.
