This company bought our “community” not long ago and have already raised our lot rent up over $100 now and it’s ridiculous! We miss the old owner! Nobody’s going to be staying here if this continues. I know I’m not gonna pay this much on top of all my other bills for a tiny piece of property. And many of the other residents are saying the same! We all have about 15ft in between our homes if that tells you anything. Our economy is bad enough as it is. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. You do investments! You make plenty of money. What we’ve been paying was more than plenty! Now your just getting greedy. It makes me sick! You people want to raise others house payments so that you can pay your own and then some! You guys really need to dig deep down and heavily reevaluate your decisions. Your playing with peoples lives here. Not everyone has it as good as you. Stay blessed.
