I had a tax problem which was driving me crazy (a short trip to be sure) and Marisol had my back taxes done and eFiled so quickly I almost couldn't believe it! I got copies, envelopes, and the proper form to file (with amounts) for both state and federal tax. Done and done! Thanks Marisol!

At first the ladies were very helpful, until they mistakenly sent my information to the wrong address. Now my case is denied due to abandonment and as a result, my case has been delayed. I also have to wait for a decision and pay the filing fees. In addition, when I spoke to one of the ladies regarding my situation, I was treated disrespectfully and was blamed for their mistake. Please be careful and make sure to double check your documents, as the ladies seemed to be forgetful and distracted with what they're doing. Best of luck!!
