I am Lupita the owner of Lupitas Income Tax. I never see my reviews and I just notice two of my reviews in which they said the worse of me. G. Reyes first of all if your parents didn't get there refund on time it was not my fault, I am not the IRS that issues checks and every time my clients have letters or notice I am always there for them, I always try to help them with the problem and some times I don't even charge them extra. I can never be rude to any one, I am a professional and respectful person that I have always respected my clients. I have been doing taxes for over 37 years and have never had any problems with any of my clients that I know off. JENNY REYNA, the same goes to you, I have never been rude to any of my clients or get on any body face and I am not going to tell you to do something you don't want to do. If you come to my office asking for advise on what to do with what ever you need help with, I will try my best to help you in any way if I can help you, if I can't help you I am not going to pressure you to do something you don't want to. I think you both went to a different office because I am totally the opposite of what you both are saying. You don't even make sense.

The owner (lady) is very rude! She gets in your face and pressures you to do something you don't want to. She also charges for an income tax quote after saying quotes are free. I don't not recommend this place. Very disrespectful and misleading.

Lupita is great at what she does! You can’t just trust anyone with your taxes, she takes the time to explain it to you in a way that helps you understand it. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Worse customer service! My parents got into a huge mess with these people. My parents are always on time filing they're taxes and they kept on receiving payment notices after they paid everything off. We called the IRS and it turned out that they received the taxes late in August when my parents had filed them back in February and that's why they kept receiving all these payment notices. We didn't even bother telling them anything anymore because they were rude about it saying they were busy and to call the IRS. No recomiendo este lugar para nada. Muy unprofessional
