Absolutely HORRIBLE company! A sprinkler pipe burst in my apartment and so my apartment complex referred me to River Oak Risk for my property loss claim. It took them over a MONTH just to look into my claim and refer me back to my management company so they could let me know that my claim was denied because they only cover "apartment fires".

During the claim process, they NEVER answered the phone and they NEVER emailed me back when I had a question, They act like you don't even exist. Not helpful at all!

I have been calling them for weeks with no answer left emails with no answer I do not understand why it's so hard for them to pick up the Phone and answer it. I had damage to items that I Had In storage unit I was referred to them obviously I'm not gonna get any help.
