I'd like to thank Monica Borba for always being there for me. She started opening accounts for me 10 years ago with FIFCU and has continually answered any questions I have had, found new accounts that were a better benefit for me to grow with and pulled me out of mistakes that have caused me to incur fees. Whenever I need something she is there to help me find a solution. Her teammate Pedro Gonzalez has been awesome as well. They have so many incredible account and rates compared to your traditional bank that I encourage anyone looking to give them a call to experience there service and array of financial products and accounts. Stephanie is so helpful and knowledgeable, I love how quick she respond and being able to help me answer any questions that I may have, I really like the fact that she checks in to see if anything else is needed. is extremely good at what he does, he is polite and very knowledgeable about the credit cards that they offer. Great Job Jeff .....you were the icing on the cake of my wonderful experience with the staff at your branch.

Daisy helped me get the proper paperwork filed for my PPP loan forgiveness submission. I’m glad she was politely persistent or else I might have missed a deadline if it weren’t for her staying on top of things to assist me.
