They are the Best!! The staff is great! I have and had multiple car loans with them as well as my heloc. The people that left a negative review are crazy. This place is the best!

I have been with Travis Credit Union for about nine years now and I have never had an issue and am glad that I chose them. But....I have had to go in a couple times within the last week and the main woman that sits to the left as you enter should not be in that position. I can not remember her name especially since she has acted as though she was annoyed and disinterested both times I have gone in. It is especially frustrating when I go into an institution and I am one that is trying to be as pleasant as possible to a rude representative. I have trained customer service in the financial Industry and I know that this woman needs some more customer in-service training on the attitude she portrays to the public because she is downright unwelcoming. I am sorry if she is having some sort of troubles, when you walk through that door and sit at that station you should engage with customers/members and make them feel welcome and if you can not do that, just stay home.

The hours listed say 10am-5pm. My husband arrived at 10:55am today only to find them closed, on a Thursday? What an inconvenience!

I use ATM as I bank with Patelco C.U. I have had no problems getting or depositing money. This is very close to me.

They take too long to help you. The staff doesn’t give you the correct info. I’m going to take my business elsewhere.
