Banking with Cheryl is always such a pleasure she takes customer service to the next level. I also really enjoy doing business with Lindsey however I don't see her as often. Miss Lillian was spectacular when she first greeted me. She ask me how I am and proceeded to ask if there was anything else I needed help with after she had helped me with my account. She always mentioned me by name as well. So I felt as if I was getting help from a friend rather than someone who was just trying to get their job done and that was it. Very personable. I love it.

Cheryl in the Paso Robles branch was an amazing help and what a joyful lady. I really appreciate all the tellers who have helped me since my branch in Atascadero is closed. Today was extra nice since I had 10 deposits and it was the end of the day. Cheryl was patient and so personal. She made me feel exceptionally welcomed. Thank you 😊

I took out a car loan from CoastHills CU and fell on hard times. I missed a few payments and they took my car - my very first repossession, and it was very embarrassing.
I had already invested $12,000 in the GMC at that time. After they took the car, they continue to harass me for $5000. When I spoke to them, they said they would try and sell it to a car dealership but it wasn’t a guarantee . CoastHills then sold the car to a car dealership and it still coming after me for $1500. I am working with a debt consolidation company (as the loss of my car made things worse for me ) They will not work with the debt consolidation, continuously increasing the percentage rate on amount of money from a car they already took for me, already receiving more than than what it was worth. If you do take out a car loan with CoastHills just know this about them, they are shady people. DO not miss a payment or they will repossess your vehicle.
