My father has been a loyal Allstate client for his entire life, with policies covering his home, boat, and both company and personal vehicles. Now in his 80s, he recently experienced a motor vehicle accident and went to his local Allstate agent’s office for help with filing a claim. My dad trusted them to guide him through the process, but instead, the experience has been frustrating and disheartening.

When he first visited the office, he informed them of where the car would be towed, seeking guidance on how to proceed. The agent assured him that he could take the vehicle anywhere for an estimate and repair, repeatedly telling him he had “excellent coverage.” Yet, despite these reassurances, nearly a week has gone by, and the vehicle now sits at the repair shop, completely untouched, as no claim was ever filed.

This agency seems more interested in collecting premiums than in actually helping clients in times of need. My husband and I both work within the insurance and collision industries, and we’re dismayed by the lack of support and follow-through my dad has experienced. Elderly clients, like my father, should feel confident that their insurance providers will advocate for them when it matters most. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

To anyone considering this office: proceed with caution, ask questions, and don’t assume that being a longtime client will ensure quality service or advocacy when it’s needed.

Shame on you for not supporting your loyal clients when they need you most.

Received a flyer in the mail with a quote that seemed ridiculous. So I called and spoke with Shaun. We went over my current insurance and what I needed. Turns out I was over insured. We adjusted all the things I needed and the mail quote was close! For kicks and giggles I wanted to see what they would charge with the over insured policy. It was lower. Very happy with this company. Now if I ever have to make a claim I’ll let you know how it turns out. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I was with this company for Years until was pushed out with their "Best Rates". I found another major carrier to insure my 4 cars for $1,200 less per 6 months ($2,400 per year!!!). Same coverage! Also they "helped" me get a more affordable Policy thru Steve at Progressive. I was sold a policy and paid in full for 6 mths only to get a charged $39 5 weeks later because I didn't agree to a paperless billing when I need No Billing 🤷‍♂️. I was never told my paid in full cost was contingent of going paperless. Paid in full means Paid in FULL! I will go elsewhere next cycle!

Then the Internet boom came about and so did Insurance. But I have found an agent, Sean O’Hara, who has done what the oldtime guys did sits you down, tells you all of your options, and some deals. He follows up with the documents. He makes the whole experience easy to understand. He deserves a great deal of credit for the way, in which he conducts himself as a sales person.
I recommend him without hesitation!

We have been using Gamble Insurance for the past 5 years for our auto and home policies. Dan Robinson is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about finding the right company to insure us for the best coverage for our home and vehicles. We even recommended them to my mother -in- law and they found her excellent coverage for her condo here in Florida. Unfortunately, Allstate will not insure a 90 yr old driver!!
