the worse insurance agency in town. if you are looking for an agent PLEASE DO NOT go here. they never return your call or answers the phone. they are forever busy, busy doing nothing. so disappointed with them. horrible agency.: The Manager, Jim, is unethical and a scam artist! Do not insure with these people, they will not have your best interests at heart!!!

I had an amazing experience with Daniel. He is the most amazing agent I have ever worked with. He has been very helpful, resourceful and always available whenever I have any questions. I had bought a 1 year policy through Daniel which recently finished. I did renew my policy with another insurance company online directly without any agent for 6 months but I learnt my lesson. I have decided to stick to A Better Insurance Company and Daniel for all future transactions. So i will be back in 6 months !!

Erick Ore is the best! He is always so helpful and provides excellent service at all times. I have never been provided with such care at any other business. He has definitely saved me money with my auto insurance and he is always available to help. I just want to say thank you so much Erick. I would recommend a better insurance agency to any and everyone especially if they share Erick's personality and job ethic! 🙂

Very unethical. My agent has left company and no one answers the telephone calls anymore. Even if they do (they don’t) they have no optional Portuguese language. I was told Jim and Joanne do not have your best interests at heart so please stay away. Unresponsive

Joanne Brody and Jim Fougere are horrible. They are two of the most revolting, cruel and unethical individuals I have ever had the displeasure of associating with. They should be ashamed of themselves. Jim is disgusting and rude and Joanne Brody stands behind him and backs up his every move. How she can stand back and excuse his behavior reflects greatly on her own values.

The service here is good and they've gotten me great rates for my policy. My agent needs to work on his timelines though, since he's really bad at calling you back in a timely manner; if he calls back at all.

The worst place EVER! Heed my warning, DO NOT get insurance from this company. They never answer the phone, don't return phone calls and if you do talk to someone, they have the WORST customer service EVER!

I saw the reviews and thought I would give it a shot since the rate that I was getting was so great. The saying "you get what you pay for" is there for a reason. They messed everything up from the start and now I'm paying the price for not following my gut. Woe is me!

I want to thank Dan for the exceptional service he gave me today. I got a text from him letting me know that Arbella ( the insurance company I had), was no longer insuring in my area, and that at midnight- I would not be insured. I was freaking out! ( I never got any kind of notice from Arbella). It was 5:30 pm and Dan set me up with another company and reassured me that everything would be fine. He was so nice and I couldn't be more pleased with him. He was amazing! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
