Yes the lady at the front desk is sooo rude...When you ask her a question about your policy she becomes very angry....in the end she gave me the wrong amount to be paid..and i had brought another car i called to get a qoute and was given and outrageous amount...mind you i had been with them for years.only to fine out when i got my new car ensured that Summit does not report your insurance so,with them doing that it looked like i hadn't had insurance for years....so to get the proper rate my current carrier had Summit fax them proof i had indeed carried insurance for years. My monthly rate with my new carrier is $274.00 less then the price i was given my summit..yes i said LESS and yes i said MONTHLY ... I have had no accidents i have nothing on my record that would have made my insurance so high except the fact that they never reported it...
