I switch my insurance to Rist several years ago and have been impressed by the service and the rates. When I switched the cost of my insurance was cut in half for the same coverage . I appreciate getting information each year on possible options showing me that what I have is the lowest cost.
In addition, when I purchased a new car they walked me through all the details related to the title, re-insurance , etc. I felt well taken care of.

After two and a half weeks waiting on a quote for five policies, and never getting any information or even a phone call from the agency, I decided they weren't worth my time. If it takes more than two weeks to just get a single number when I'm actively TRYING to become their customer and doing everything in my power to give this company my money, then I really can't imagine how difficult it must be and how disinterested the agents here would be when it comes to navigating the claims process should anything actually happen.

This is the single worst possible way to sell me on the benefits of working with a local agent who ostensibly is supposed to represent my interests, when I know I can get a better, cheaper policy online without one.

Folk here need to consider a new career path.
