I had the shock of a lifetime today. I knew that today was the last day to change my Medicare plan and it wasn't till a couple of days ago that I realized that mine was not at all the right one for me. I was so anxious about it. I thought there was no way I could make the change happen in one day knowing how unbelievably complex health insurance is. Lucky me, I googled and found A Plus and Dyanne Weiss picked up the phone. I've been a loyal customer since 2017. It was after surgery, and I needed specific medical care for the rest of my life.
