These are your guys for headache-free and affordable tree removal. We had a large, precarious tree wedged in an alley between our's and a neighboring house. It had power lines touching it on both sides and was located on a busy street in the historic district of Martinsburg. Given the complexity and level of risk involved, we solicited 12 quotes. We were met with a lot of hesitation, vastly different prices, and an array of strategies that ranged from climbing, all the way to closing the road and bringing in a crane. We chose A + Property management LLC because Mike was experienced, confident, and excited for the challenge. His price was fair, and he did not require the street to be closed. His team showed up early, set up, and fearlessly went straight to work. They were so professional and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Including a very thorough and unexpected clean up, it only took them six hours to complete. We are so grateful to them all.

Best quote out of many I got, best work quality, and the most qualified! Removed 9 trees from around my house, 4 of them close enough to be at risk of falling onto the house during a storm (or while cutting). They grinded the stumps and cleaned everything great afterwards. I Had 2 ugly old stumps that have been in the way for years, but I never got them removed. Mike asked if I wanted them gone even though it wasn’t in our original quote, grinded those away in about 10 minutes, and didn’t charge me extra. They did it because they wanted my yard to look nice now that the trees were gone, and the old stumps would have been an eye sore. Smooth process and awesome guys.
