wow! great customer service!! the second i walked in everyone was very pleasant..the lady told me i had enough documents to get a real id...i had no clue..so i got it.very helpful.....the girl doing my license renewal was a sweetheart..i had a document that was not valid so she had me fill it out right then and there..saving me time ...i have to say if you need any kind of travel service..license renewal.. this is the place to go..

this reveiw was from raymond cote.. not mark..lol...my computor is on the fritz..just want people to know the good experiance i had!

My Mom needed to renew her license. Booked an appointment on line, arrived a little early. They were able to get her in early. Grace was wonderful!! Great experience, highly recommend this office

Horrific AAA leave me stranded outside by car for four hours and then after the fourth hour and me calling them several times and then forgetting who I am they told me to leave the car unattended and I told them I will do that this time and when I left the car unattended, they texted me and said they’ll pick it up in the morning and what happened next is absolutely Unacceptable they called the police because they sent tow truck driver 12 midnight forgetting I left then call police and they knock on neighbor house saying my name!!!!!

Today I brought my father in for an auto quote, expecting it to be a dreary elongated process because it’s a Friday. When entering, we were assisted very quickly. Then, less than 5 minutes later Grace called us over to her desk. I can’t say enough good things about her! She has been at AAA for a long time and I see why - she was so nice and enjoyable to talk to. She tried her best to find us the most affordable insurance, and succeeded. It was the best customer service interaction I have received in a while and I am appreciative that she made it an easy-going experience. The Fairhaven office will now be the one I go to because of her, even though the Somerset office is closer to home. Huge thanks to Grace and the team!

There is a representative at this office, Lauren Stark. 5 stars from me. Watched her and explained the legal document process to my elderly mother in law. Told her not to stress out. I will be here to help you out. I work for AAA, not the RMV.

Nice experience. Made appointment for license renewal. I was on time. They were on time. I did not have two wait. I had all my papers in order which made the process quick. Staff knew exactly what to do. Much better than going to the RMV.
