My family has been loyal members for over 50 years. We appreciate the customer service here. The lines or wait time is never long and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've been here to purchase amusement park tickets and for passport photos. Looking forward to booking future travel plans. Convenient location and lots of parking. I also like that they offer complimentary water.

I called road side assistance to jump my car. When the guy got there he refused to jump my car unless I paid for a new battery. He said my car is a 2021 (its a 2023) and the battery needs to be replaced every 2 years (my car was just serviced by subaru, so no, it didn’t need to be replaced.) I would have called for another truck but my mom and I were trying to evacuate from the fires (this was the day the Palisades fire started) and I couldn’t risk the wait for someone else. They called to deny my reimbursement form because apparently when you sign the paper, you sign away your right to a refund. So thank you so much for essentially scamming me out of $280 by sending a no head moron to REFUSE to jump my car unless I cough up the cash. Hope this doesn’t happen to you when you’re out stranded in the middle of nowhere wondering why you pay a membership fee just to be charged AGAIN. Go get insurance else where!! I read that Travelers has a much better rating on Nerdwallet.

AAA is great you can do many things there as a member. I renewed my tags at the DMV Desk then updated my auto insurance all at the place. Luan Nguen is a great agent there

My great grandmother passed on her 26 yr member ship to me and I am more than grateful for the peace of mind that it provides also I was able to provide AAA to my fiance. I cannot believe I ever considered another company for insurance. 4 free 100 miles tows is better than a lot of these other insurance services can say for themselves.

STOP PAYING PREMIUM INSURANCE.
I HAVE A CASE WITH MY SON AUDI AND THE INSURANCE AS DELAYED TO FIXED, more than 2 months…
I pay $7k a year for my cars and for this is not working. I never have any kind of problem and when do I need it is not responding.
Bad insurance partner with European Collision.

Went to renew my registration at dmv section of autoclub..Dennis was great and very courteous he even ordered me a another membership card because I misplaced mine..my experience with Dennis left me leaving happy....hes a great guy...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been here third day in a row because their systems go down and they say it can be “down for 10 minutes or down for 5 hours” and then grumpy lady checks me in but it doesn’t go through so I sit here for 20 minutes before they tell me I have to check in again? It’s like going back in time with their old office and balloons and old systems and computers. Avoid it.
