I love AAA. Besides getting great deals on attractions in the area they will map out the best route for you too. But best of all you can get your new registration there too. That's definitely one of the best perks about being a AAA member.

I’m so disgusted, Danielle that works here, actually said yup, lost a husband and a child WHILE LAUGHING. I was at a loss for words. After a moment of silence, told her I think I might want to take my business elsewhere. I hope someone looks into her and her way of speaking to people.

Worst customer service out of all the branches , walked in at 5:20 to get tags that were already paid and the guy working turns me away saying the DMV part was already closed , but if I could come back Monday before 5:15 he could help me ...... I called my normal branch and they said that there's is open till 5:45 and apologized for the horrible customer service from the Merced branch . I will not be returning to Merced for anything. After reading others reviews it looks like I'm not the only customer with bad experiences .

The agent that signed me up last year put my parents address on file for my policy (I don’t live there and have not lived for over 8 years) that address wasn’t even on my ID that I gave him to start the policy. When I called customer service to go over my policy they let me know that my address is wrong once I told them that the address that was put on file was not correct and that I hadn’t lived there in years he informs me that my rate will go up over $200 quarterly. He states that providing the wrong address is considered insurance fraud. Apparently having the other address listed was saving me money (this was not disclosed to me) They are supposed to sell insurance not act like shady used car salesman to increase profits and sales numbers by working the system.

Corrupt company. My 75 year old disabled friends car was totalled when some kid turned left in front of him and smashed his car. He had Triple A insurance. 5 months later they still are refusing to pay. I think they are waiting for him to die of old age. I would never depend on AAA for my insurance.

Bad experience, took me 2 days and 40 phone calls just to get proof of my insurance. People who works there are so lazy and will direct you to automated and it doesn’t help. Last lady I spoke to helped me within 2 mins. Again this is after 40 phone calls. Need to learn how to train employees better.
