They give you the worst rates and increase them for no reason at any point in time that they please. They also have the worst DMV services. What should have been a quick transfer of title instead turned out to be the worst experience of my life. 3 hours of my life wasted being given a hard time about needing a bill of sale when I had the pink slip and everything was in order to put a vehicle in my name. It's better to go to the DMV for a smoother process and where people treat you with professionalism and respect. Disappointed with their lack of customer service and greed for loyal customer's money.

Excellent and courteous service! I recommend an appointment as that's usually what I do for my needs. However, they do accept walk-ins and are fairly prompt on service. Much better than going to the DMV and waiting in line there.

I waltzed into AAA to register my scooter, all set with a perfectly filled-out title and insurance in hand, only to be told I needed a bill of sale—something completely unnecessary, as the DMV laws and regulations clearly state you only need a title to transfer ownership, plus the usual fees, of course. The woman who assisted me seemed more interested in leading me in circles than actually helping, as though my confusion was her personal amusement. I couldn’t help but wonder what cosmic injustice had made her so grumpy, and why she felt the need to take it out on innocent people. Three hours of my life, gone. Will never come here again and will change my insurence. DMV visits are better worth visiting than this establishment. That woman doesn’t belong in customer service.

So my car insurance just went up from 420 to 520. When I called them to adjust the rate, they simply said no. I would never recommend this insurance company. and also They are kind of mad when you call for something.

Please lower rates!!!!!! I call to lower my rate. The following month they raise the rates to 300!!!!! Groceries are expensive and gas to top it off!!! When is this going to stop!!! Electricity is high along with everything else. Please help me to lower my AAA insurance and keep it affordable!!!! I sent an email to your review team haven't heard back about lowering my rate.
