Came in for DMV services. Was asked to return with the application filled out and the title, and was told I could do the smog test later because the vehicle was not with me. Came back an hour later then was told I needed the smog test and the vehicle onsite for inspection. At this point I'm pissed from driving in twice, now I need to come in a third time. What is the problem with people doling out bits of information instead of providing everything needed at once? Never again at this location

Elisha was my battery installer today!!! My car died at the orthodontist and he was to me in 10 minutes and installed a new battery in 15 minutes!!! My day was saved and I couldn’t be more happy with the service he provided!! Thank you again!!! 5 STAR TREATMENT

Tried and tried to take a non op off my car and register it with DMV on line , and it kept sending me in circles. So I went to AAA natomas ( Expecting to wait in line at 2:00pm ) gave my name and was immediately called . I also expected to have a problem with all of this , since I had already had issues with DMV. Anika Perry took care of all my issues in just minutes . I no more than sat down and I was done and out the door with new tags in my hand . Anika is beyond efficient. She immediately understood my problem and fixed it before I even finished signing my name. Because of Anika , I left with a smile on my face , and will be able to brag to everyone that waits hours at the DMV office , that AAA had me in and out in a couple mins. Long waits, over priced insurance. You modify your vehicle they will cancel you, find someone else to use

The agent refused my request to remove dmv late fees even though I had a valid reason, and dmv informed me that I could. She said sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. I this personal? why would your agent say no, while others say yes in same same circumstances? I have had AAA for 10 years plus, including home insurance. I plan on moving to another company. I don't think its her place to decide either or, if I meet the criteria, I should be allowed to get the fees waived. Other than referring me back to DMV. The reason I have AAA service is partly to avoid DMV lines.

I really like the convenience of the branch office in our community! Customer Service is excellent, efficient, and waiting is minimal. It's in a shopping center where you can take care of grocery shopping, cleaner, grabbing a bite, getting gas and visiting a AAA branch office.

Well, something positive.. several locations. AAA has really lost its personal touch, well trained staff, and that good customer care approach no longer exists. Needed to update a policy and what should have been a simple task turned in to a week long delay as the customer service rep applied changes to another member’s policy and inadvertently cancelled mine. Yay
