The folks working here are so kind and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and accessible, and while the parking can be tricky, the plaza is huge so they can't control that! Goose and I have visited several times, and the staff are always so good about letting him work (which is hard because he is very cute).

Came to his location to obtain my registration tags for my vehicle. You must have a AAA membership to utilize their DMV services. It is a great alternative to the long lines and wait times in comparison to going to DMV. The employees were very friendly & the atomosphere was welcoming & clean feeling.

Came in the branch at about 10:45 ish. Was asked to have a seat. Several other customers who walked in after me were helped before me. No one had even put me in the queue to be helped. I already have an auto policy. Won't be coming back to this branch.

The worst customer service I’ve received at this location. Leticia help my mom and I and she was just so rude. I wasn’t understanding my policy and she was going so fast and I asked her if she could help me understand and it’s as if it was a huge inconvenience for her. Her tone and attitude was just horrible. Definitely the last time I’m coming here and will be changing to a different insurance company. I really hope she gets fired I’m sure I’m not the only one she’s treated Hispanic people like like.
