Very poor customer service. I went in to renew my registration, I didn’t have what they considered a pink slip with me. However, I did have my vehicle information on my insurance card and the vehicle was outside and I offered to go take a picture of the Vin number. They refused asked me if I had Internet at home like it was 1900. I could’ve provided them with the number as well and they continued to Refused to look up my vehicle information and help me to renew my registration.

Instead of trying to find a way to help me, they were trying to find every way not to help me.

I drove to State Street notary in Hamburg and it was taken care of in five minutes.

Do better AAA of SCHUYLKILL county.

also, the attitudes of the women weren’t very pleasant, which caused me to not be very pleasant and return the clerk that called me to the window. Her name is Joanne and you would think that I was bothering her by being there right from the start.

Insurance staff was awesome!! They answered all my questions and gave me a great rate!

Called the main number and they couldn't find me with my membership number. Then told me a ticket was placed. Then I was transferred to another person who was supposed to give me a time estimate. She then stated that there was no call placed and proceeded to take my information again! After doing all of this for a second time she basically gave up and transferred me to a 3rd person! This is absolutely uncalled for! I pay for this service and why is it so hard just to get someone out to unlock my damn car!? Will not be renewing

Typical Schyulkill County. Only get AAA if you travel heavily outside of the area. Other wise its services are completely useless within the area.

I had to request 2 tows. The first was not necessary after the tow truck driver was kind enough to show me what I could do to get my car started, without going to the dealership. It worked for about a week when other problems arose, more serious than the first time.

I had no choice but to take it back to the dealership. Both drivers were very kind, helpful and made the situation easier for me to handle.

I would give a better review if the main service of AAA was not customer service. The Pottsville location was serving as a pop up TSA PreCheck enrollment location and my reservation time was made for 830am on TSA’s site. I drove 1.5 hours to this location and found they were not open until 930am. I decided to see if I could get a walk-in appt and found I was on the schedule for 1030am - and due to no help from the customer service “professional.” Instead of trying to help me or offer an alternative, like a walk-in, she was stuck on telling me they don’t open until 930am. Well, duh, thank you for reminding me of the obvious. Clearly there is something wrong in communication between TSA and AAA. I wouldn’t think of buying AAA services after this customer service experience!

They no longer have different car insurance companies that they make comparisons with to get you the best coverage for your money. I'm not pleased at all with this aspect. Looking for another insurance company.

However, their other services are good. No complaints there.
