I canceled my policy 3 months ago they charged my card again yesterday. Y because they wanted too. It's bullshit anyone that I know that has triple aaa I will be telling them to switch company's because this place is a joke it takes them 3 seconds to take the money off of ur card but takes them 7 to 10 days to mail u a check that's not how u took my payment so y do I have to take time out of my schedule to cash a check when it was ur mistake in the first place. If I could give them 0 stars I would but it won't let u

I do not believe these postive reviews. Because no matter how many times I call, I never get a competent person to tell me what I need to know or help me. Travel never gets back with you. They are so lazy with their trip pack and actually refuses to even help you plan a trip which is what we PAY for. The membership people cannot answer any questions and always just send me to another department. Roadside tells me it's a membership question. I'm so frustrated. Now prices are raising? Save your money and don't make this place your home AAA if you want what you lay for actually utilized.
UPDATE: Customer service told me this isn't their first complaint so I hope they do something.

I joined to get towing assistance the same day I joined. It was a$75 fee. I chose the $89.00 package that includes 100 miles towing option. After all of this, she proceeds to call me a tow truck for only 3 miles and said I would have to pay the rest of the miles. I told her that was not going to happen due to funds. I asked her to put the $75 back on my card, she puts me on hold, she came back on and said I think we can do that and I informed her that it better be done!!! I am giving them 3 days to make this happen, or I will have to court actions. Not using them anymore, I will by the package that comes with the insurance!!! Thank you.

DO NOT GET INSURANCE HERE!! They have lied to me from day 1 i had coverage for a month which was paid for upfront, a week into that AAA then sends me a letter saying they are cancelling my insurance because my drivers licence was got off of suspension in 2017 so because that was in the past three years they could not cover me mind you this letter was sent in july. On august 14th ( The same day my insurance was to cancel) The took out a whole other monthes payment and I have yet to see it back I have talked to multiple people in wheeling and niles ohio and nobody can seem to give me a straight answer as to when im getting my refund for the unarthorized payment taken out of my account. Even with the refund they say im not even getting the full refund because im suppossed to cover thier fees for a payment they werent suppossed to take out in the first place. I have had the worst experience with AAA I have tried to resolve this with multiple employees and have gotten nowhere so I will be disputing the charge with my bank and they can take care of it. Its ridiculous that a bussiness thinks its okay to take from people especially during a pandemic.
