Justin was great! We had a tree hit our home and the insurance company was giving us a low offer and trying to tell us it's gonna be difficult to offer more. Before hiring Justin, we contacted other public adjuster, the person said since I filled the claim and receive a payment, it would be hard to continue with insurance company. We then spoke with Justin, and he promised us that is not ture. We then hired Justin, he kept us well informed during the whole process and communicated everything clearly. I would highly recommend anyone going through the process to use him. His fee was quite reasonable and with the added money he essentially pays for himself.
