Marcia was extremely attentive and responsive. The purchase of long term care insurance is a very serious and consequential decision and should not be taken lightly or made and purchased without first doing due diligence on how it will impact one's life, both positively (the benefits of having it) and negatively (the cost). In my strong opinion, the benefits of having LTCI would outweigh the costs for most people. But everyone is different, and the amount of LTCI to purchase, the timing of the purchase, or for some, whether to purchase it at all, is dependent on a myriad of factors that differ with each individual. To the maximum extent humanly possible, Marcia minimized the stress and cumbersomeness of the process for us, and I very strongly suggest that everyone is better served by having someone like Marcia to help them navigate the process. You'll be glad that you had her on your side, and you'll feel much more comfortable with the choices made. Thank you for all of your expert assistance Marcia!

I’ve had a great experience working with Mike Berger of ACACIA Insurance Services, Inc.. A number of years ago I received Long Term Care advice from Mike’s mother and when she retired Mike continued to be available and answer my questions even though I hadn’t ever conducted business with him! This year I had more interest in making changes to my LTC insurance so I worked more closely with Mike. He has consistently been available to provide clear answers, explanations, and options. Craig Matesky is amazing! He is a true professional and an expert regarding Long Term Care Insurance. Our existing Long Term Care Provider settled a class action lawsuit and sent out letters to all policy holders with the options that are part of the settlement. The terms and options were overwhelming, and my Long-Term Care representative was no longer around. I did not where to turn. Fortunately, a colleague referred me to Craig and he has been amazing! Even though he was very busy he took the time to review our options, answer all of our questions and provide informed suggestions on what he thought the best options were for my husband and me. With his help we have made the best decisions for our situation. I wish we had known Craig much earlier. If you ever need help with Long Term Care insurance do not use anyone else. I will certainly be referring him to everyone I know looking for insurance. Thank you Craig.
