I never leave bad reviews, but when a business is this bad, they absolutely deserve it.

had the worst experience with Accounting Portfolios Inc. Their communication is nonexistent—every time I had a question, I was transferred around with no real answers. I filed my taxes with Anna, and she sent them to the wrong department. Because of this, the IRS never received my return, and five months later, I got a letter saying I owed penalties and interest.

When I went back to them to fix the mistakes they made, they refused to help, saying it was “tax season” and they weren’t dealing with past issues. They also refused to issue a refund, so I was forced to pay someone else to fix their mess.

Was finally transferred to the owner—only to be met with complete rudeness. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me to “find someone else” and hung up on me.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but when a company takes your money, messes up your taxes, and refuses to fix their mistakes, people need to know. Avoid this place at all costs!

Highly recommend!! It was my first time here after being recommended by a coworker, I had Ana and she was very friendly, helpful, and thorough. She got me the most i've ever got back and for a very fair price!! Will be recommending to everyone and continue to come here next year and on ! 🙂

My husband and I have been having our taxes prepared by Luis Pacheco for over five years now. We are also small business owners, Luis has helped us get started from the very beginning. He has always been kind and patient with us. If you want your taxes prepared the right way, I highly recommend going through Luis Pacheco.

Highly unprofessional services especially from Luis Pacheco who I sat down with for the first time for about 5 minutes and he said “he would prepare my taxes then give me a quote”. After I received the quote I decided to go with someone else who was able to get me back $2,000 more of a refund then Luis Pacheco was able too. Obviously he’s not taking his time to review and file the correct paperwork. After notifying Luis Pacheco that I would not be interested in filing with his office he texted me in a very unprofessional matter threatening and stating he was still going to bill me for his time even though he didn’t submit my taxes or neither did I sign any paperwork also was told that “he will do anything it takes to receive that money”. I told him he can bill me and I will get my lawyer involved if necessary. Be careful if your thinking about coming here I would highly recommend to stay far far away.
