Stefany Vaccani and her colleagues have been patient on the phone, and helpful. Though, I’ve called on two separate occasions and two other employees have each told me completely inaccurate information and I never would’ve known unless I fact checked myself with the DMV and my old Allstate agent. The office is super easy to miss, especially if you’re going by Google or Apple Maps, so just plug in the bank across the street, look right, and you’re there!

Overall displeased with this agent and office in Framingham MA. The phone number on the app and website to reach him is not even set up to their office, it brings you to their 800 number and never allows you to leave a message directly at their office to get ahold of Jonathan. I have emailed him in the past multiple times when I needed to switch my plates over and he has never answered any of my emails. I only got what I needed done when I drove myself to his office in person to speak with someone behind a desk , and he was there at this time but he never actually came out to talk to me, I talked to someone else who might have been an assistant or even another agent. I am switching insurances soon and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone getting Allstate in the area. Go to someone else you can actually get ahold of when you need them .

Ive had them for years, never had any issues until you try to actually get a hold of anybody. numerous calls, voicemails. NO CALL BACK!!! my insurance expired in dec, yet to renew i couldn't get intouch with anybody....they sent me renewal emails DAILY!!!! HOW CAN I DO WHAT IM SUPOSSED TO DO WITHOUT A REPRESENTATIVE!!!!!! Ill be changing companies this year....they either need to hire someone to actually answer the phone or update tge number they have listed on google and the emails they send out....absolutely a waste of time. Yet my insurance for the year went up about $40 more a month....for the same coverage 😒
