This agency is an absolute blessing to our community. Terrible communication and efficiency. When Lupe was my rep I worked with, everything went smooth, and my insurance renewal happened early and on time. Ever since I switched over to Michelle Lopez, everything went South. She did not renew my insurance until the day is expired, which completely put me in a terrible spot with my load contracts I have with different shippers. Contracts got canceled all because of the inefficiency of this company and Michelle Lopez. I will be switching to another insurance agency after this one.
