I owed a bill in less than a year old this Corey person expected an unreasonable amount but agreed a different amount. He had me on a time limit per month and if my payment was late to HIS expectations he would threaten me with garnishment. He's rude, unprofessional and gets off on threatening people. I even paid far more than agreed upon and he still threatened me. I finally took out a small loan to pay this place off! Absolutely the worst EVER!

We unfortunately required the services of Action Collectors Inc due to a client refusing to pay their invoice. Susan was very pleasant to deal with, she explained the entire process and made it very easy to hand the file over to let them handle it and boy did they! We received payment in full within 30 days of them taking over this account! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future if ever the need arises.

Cory Huard (the owner) is a PRIME example of how this country is going wrong.

We had a bill from Apple Valley Dental that was paid in full at time of service (no insurance), they decided to bill more after the fact, we never saw the bill. Action sent us a notice, and we responded that we disputed it, and would get the proof to him. TWO WEEKS LATER, we are served a summons to court over FIFTY DOLLARS that we were working on disputing. The judgment he was seeking was over $350 ! At that point we are expected to pay $170 to settle.

Way to treat honest, financially hurting (uninsured) people during tough times.

If I see him around, I WILL spit in his direction.

Took someone to collections. ACI took care of everything and garnished their wages. They take 50% of the garnish, which seems like a lot, but Evergreen wanted to take 60%. To those who take people to small claims court, remember to add the court fees and the collection agency fees. For example, if you want to get 1000 from that person ask for about 1600 (court fees, collection fees, and serving fees).

Cory at action collectors is helpful and easy to work with. I know noone wants to deal with a collector but Xory is always fair and helpful. He wants people to be able to get tgeir debts paod and has worked with many of his clients.

Can't pay over the phone during Corona, can't walk in the office, you can only put a money order under the door and hope its payed which is unprofessional in my opinion
