Allstate has been there for myself & my family for I don't know how many years. We count on them for all our insurance needs. No matter how busy he gets, he always makes the time to answer my call, call me back, or in some cases email me an answer to a question. I have called Allstate to give me a new Agent and they had and then this guy still shows as my agent. No big deal, except that if I need to speak to him. He is hard to understand and when I had to file a claim and I am on the phone with an Allstate claims rep and they 3 way call this agent to ask about my renters policy. He says call the policy department and he would not be of any help. How is he my agent and he can't help with a simple issue. The guy on the line apologized for him but it's this so called Agent Adel. Was of absolutely no help. I originally asked to get someone new before when my car insurance went up after moving. I changed my address online. And he claimed it was never changed and that's why premiums went up. Again. At that time we has not helpful and I asked for a new agent. OMG. RUN AWAY FROM THIS GUY. UNLESS YOU WANT TO TRY YOUR LUCK. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY WITH HIM.

It's not Adel Gobran falt, It's the Company, still didn't receive a phone call regarding reimbursement of $ 100 that I paid and the young men at Vons Market that worked at Deli Department is a witness and stayed with me till the end to make shure that I was safe because it was almost 12:00 midnight in Ross dress for less parking lot and no one was around.
