Thought I did this review many months ago but here it is (again?). EXCELLENT! The staff went out of their way to help me out. It was sort of crunch time for me to get the policy started. Before I knew it everything was complete and ready for me. I think this was the easiest insurance policy I ever got. If you're looking for insurance, you NEED to call Advocate! They're fantastic!

Abysmal. Received a letter a year after Erie should have sent it, that fact is stated in the letter. When my Homeowners insurance went up significantly last year I called and they said it was an across the board rate increase, thought it be excessive but kept Erie insurance. Come to find out that it was due to an insurance report from LexisNexis Risk solutions that was sent that unfortunately contains incorrect information. Called Erie they say call LexisNexis, LexisNexis is unable to correct anything over six months old. So I am now saddled with paying higher insurance premiums because Erie “forgot” to send me the letter. And although Erie admits they didn’t send the letter when they should have, states there is nothing that they can do. And did you know having your mortgage paid off is held against you in your risk assessment and having a 775 credit score means nothing
