We were tenants of this property and they sent a letter to vacate the property when we had to live with this. Our rent is current. Our apartments has been roach infested for years. The staff in the office is very rude and unprofessional. They yelled at us. My mom is a 75 year old women and have been taken advantage of by this company. We were not nasty people. They didn’t maintain our property. Included are pictures of how I kept the apartment even though roach infested and they didn’t keep up the property.

They are horrible people to rent from. I lived there 4 years and the previous owner passed away 2 years ago. They didn’t contact me about his passing until a month before I was forced to move within 30 days. Then say the house was unclean which is a lie. I’m a clean person and everywhere I lived I always kept it spotless and clean. Then say I can’t get my deposit back. I advised anyone to not rent from them. They houses are not good. They are very unprofessional.

Been dealing with these people for 12yrs now and yesterday my heat went out 12/13/24 and I have called them numerous times at the after hrs emergency call number and I still haven't heard back from them and it's now Saturday morning 12/13/24 and I still haven't heard back from them and I have my 79yr old mom living here with me so needless to say do your self a favor and stay away from this company but if you are just a day late paying they want to charge you a 75.00 late fee but if you have any kind of problem it's just the hell with you we'll call you back when we want to

After becoming a new client of Aiken & Company, I can now understand/relate to how I neglected my other agency, who provided my business insurance, how poor their service was, until a rep with Aiken & Co showed up at my office taking the time to explain not only their service capabilities, then went the extra leg and actually explained in detail how they could streamline the insurance policies required for my business, and since moving over to Aiken & Company, I will admit they came highly recommended from numerous referrals, and after my own research, I realized that Aiken & Co's longevity should be enough proof in itself, since they've been in business for over 100 years, they have a proven track record and my experience so far does not lead to any change in the near future.

Don't rent from them. They are security deposit thieves. They will take your security deposit and intimidate you with fraudulent charges. They never give back your deposit and they are heartless liars. After two years of paying them 1700 per month, they ask me to leave the home within 30 days because the owner wanted to sell the property and barely one week after, instead of giving my security deposit, they in return charged me 4000 for stuffs that they never did or change. I got all the photos on the crooks. How can I give you 4000 plus when I got to find a home for me and my kids withing ten days... I needed that 1700 and worse of all, they send my information to collection agency. Heartless crooks. Am warning you.
They will rob you.

The ladies in the office are amazing especially Breana!! She was truly amazing and I adore her. Went to an office to see it. I fell in love with and was ready to rent it. The only reason why I didn’t get the office was because I got scared away. Not by their doing but by someone trying to coming in. While I was viewing the office. The ladies handle it very professionally and called the cops to assure my safety. I would like to think those ladies in that office. I am still out of an office but these women were amazing and I will continue to come by to see what they have.

Nothing but a great experience, if you need help Shelby at the front will be your best bet, very helpful and patient. Everyone complains about not getting their deposit back but if you follow the rules in the contract you will get it back, I got mine back and all I did was leave the 30 days notice and ensure the place was clean when I left. I recommend them to anyone who is a good Tennant.
