Sarah is simply marvelous! Had an issue with our homeowner insurance that materialized out blue (sort of...but never mind that). decided to look into switching the homeowners to our nationwide insurer who holds our vehicle policies. What's the punch line you might ask We switched ALL policies over to Aimonetti's instead. Sarah gave us prompt service, answered all our question, and found coverage's that far exceeded our current vehicle policies as well as our former homeowners policy. OH NO YOU DID NOT! Simply amazing! what an absolute delight to work with. Sarah has everything "others" did not have. She educated us in terms we could easily understand. her patience has no bounds and she kept contact in a timely manor, ( something that was not reflected elsewhere) and that FYI is very high on my " will you get my business" list! Plus she has a wonderful personality, as well as a pleasant phone skills ( yet another plus in my world ). Aimonetti Insurance met or exceeded all our needs...plus some and Sarah Via was the driving force that brought it all home and did so with a gentle touch.
