What a great experience with the Alaska tax lady. Tara and her team are the best. I’m so happy that she was able to fit me in with how busy they are because they can’t take everyone. Save yourself a lot of time, money and stress and let pros handle it for you. I’ve never had such a flawless and speedy turn around with my taxes. They got our taxes done quickly, for a fair reasonable price and they answered every single question we asked.

Tara and Erica could not communicate to show why they deleted 7 thousand of my customer invoices. 4 years worth. This will cost me at least $50,000 to pay to re-enter. They assured me they could fix the problem. They claim i didnt understand the "journey". Once they realized how much damage they caused they then sent me an email accusing me of being abusive and making threats and refuse to follow thru with the "fix". They instructed me to contact their attorney Neal Ainsworth. Neal wants nothing to do with it leaving my only option to file a lawsuit. Meanwhile it has been emotionally draining and left me at a stand still till its resolved. I don't understand how these people can sleep at night they have caused such hardship to a person who trusted them. Insult to injury they blame me. Looking on social media it seems S.O.P to blame their unhappy customers. Shame on you all.
Now Tara is having fake accounts give my business 1 star ratings. The fake accounts gave Alaska Tax lady a 5 star and me a 1 star at the same time. What is wrong with you?

Update: people that have had problems with this company has been reaching out to me. Seems Erica has multiple crimes of dishonesty and pending felony. This was the person that had access to my bank account and credit cards. People do not go here!!!
