Jacob and his team are AMAZING! Great rates, fantastic people, and good ol’ fashioned customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Lorie Bailey with The Vail Agency here in Birmingham, AL and she was so conscientious and helpful with my insurance needs, including vehicles, homeowner insurance, a second home and an umbrella policy. What I liked most was that she was quick to respond and she investigated specific questions that I had.
