Alice Miller and Allstate Insurance is the best home/auto insurance in the business. We have 3 kids and a literal 'fleet' of cars. Absolutely horrible insurance agent. Allstate and Alice Miller did everything they could to drag out an accident claim all while doing nothing to help me. I was the victim of an accident and Allstate treated me like i was the cause. They tried to total my vehicle without even looking at it and lied to the salvage yard saying i had agreed to have it towed out of the repair shop. Luckily I know the repair shop and they didn't release my vehicle. I will never recommend Allstate. I don't know how Alice Miller has so many positive reviews her and her team were worthless. I was definitely not in good hands with Alllstate. After being with them for over 10 years they treated me like garbage. On top of that I went shopping for new insurance after seeing how they handled a claim and got the same coverage for half the price.

I was with this particular Allstate agent for 3 years until my rates increased. I really enjoyed the service I received from Carianne. Every time I would reach out, she was available to assist me with my policies. I would definitely recommend this insurance agency!

Best service for All state insurance, I highly recommend it to everyone, I have cars, home and life insurance with Alice Miller for years now and they are alawys helpful, my experience always with the best insurance agent I have met (Mr.Steve Divack), I really don't know how to say thanks to Steve for all his hard work and patience to get me the best offers and explaining in detail all options.

I have known Alice for three years. We are in a networking group together. Alice is a true insurance professional in every sense. She is smart, experienced, friendly, helpful and very organized. I have always been impressed with her presentations. I keep Alice in mind for clients of mine who need insurance policies for their commercial real estate locations. One of my tenants, a newly established government contractor, was very impressed by the quick turn around he received for a liability policy from Alice's Allstate office. Proof of insurance is required when a tenant signs a lease. I would highly recommend Alice for your insurance needs!
